c. mostly print clear underbase first or color effects, then print clear glossy effects to get glossy effects with fast leveling and speed bubble defoaming. 

d. heating temperature is under 100-120 degree for around 3-5 minutes. 

e. pls make test according exact mixing rate or discuss with our sales and techinician.

Solution to 5 Printing Issue

1.How to improve adhesion between silicone and fabrics ?

Add enough catalyst to make complete cure during printing;

Test the adhesion for adhesion before bulk production;

Print our adhesive agent 1001 first on waterproof fabrics to improve adhesion.

2.How to solve sticky surface of silicone printing ?

make sure catalyst added enough due to different weather and room temperature;

heat under curing temeperature, usually under 100-120 degree;

avoid to add too much pigment or other addive agent in silicone, this would also affect curing. 

3.How to solve color-migration on sublimation fabrics ?

Lower down heating temperature but longer heating time;

Using nature-cure series of printing silicone 

print anti-migration silicone in middle layer to avoid color-migration problem.
